Shipping & Returns/Exchange

Shipping Policy offers free shipping on all your orders.  Free shipping doesn’t mean the delay in delivering your order.  We value your time and therefore we take every possible measure to deliver your order on time.

Upon confirmation of your order, we will ensure that your order gets dispatched within 24-36 hours and gets delivered within 4-5 business days. In some rare cases it may take a little longer to receive the shipment depending on your location and accessibility.


What locations ship to?

Currently, we ship within India only. The following states in the North-East are not being serviced yet – Meghalaya, Sikkim, Tripura, Mizoram and Nagaland. Delivery will take place to select cities in Assam, Manipur and Andaman & Nicobar Islands. We request you to check with our Customer Care for more details.


Do you charge extra for shipping? does not charge you for shipping, provided your order value is above Rs 500.  For orders below Rs 500, our margins do not allow for free shipping, so either you can upsize your order or bear with a nominal shipping charge of Rs 50.


Will I receive a confirmation when my order dispatched.

We will send you a notification once your product is dispatched.


How soon can I expect the order delivery at my doorstep?

We try our best to deliver orders to customers within 4-5 business days in major metro cities from the day order is confirmed. For far-stretched locations, the delivery may take up to 7 to 10 business days.

Delivery time to the end user is subject to certain factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes.



You can return/exchange the item purchased from if it is unworn, unwashed or undamaged within the past 100 days. To do so, you need to fill the "Return Request Form" (located in Orders section under My Account).

Refund/ replacement for goods/ merchandise is subject to inspection and checking by QA team of All returns should be returned with their original packaging/Boxes to avoid a charge of restocking fee of Rs 100.  Returns without tags will not be accepted and refund will not be issued.

Please note that we do not accept returns on items valued at Rs. 500 or less. If we receive any such product, we would not be liable to return the product to the customer. It will simply be disposed of.

In the case you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please send an email to along with digital photographs highlighting the issue within 24 hours of receipt of product. Our Customer Care team will look into the matter and assist you accordingly.


Why should I fill a Return Request Form?

If you wish to return a product, you are requested to fill a Return Request Form. This is to help you to record and track the return in the Returns Requests section of My Account. You would be able to indicate your preferred mode for credit of refund through this section, as well as receive notifications when the returns are received by us and the refund processing for the same is carried out.


How can I fill a Return Request Form?

You may fill a Return Request Form by either contacting our Customer Care Team at 08860188778 (Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM) or by logging into and navigating to the My Orders section under My Account.


Will I be reimbursed for the shipping cost of returned?

You will be reimbursed Rs 100 towards your shipping costs as a Chappalwala Bonus Points (in you Chappalwala account) which can be redeemed for future purchase on our website.

Note: Product purchased under sale or by using Chappalwala Bonus Points (part or full payment) will not be refunded. Refund in monetory term will only be made if you receive a product with a manufacturing defect. All the other refunds will be made in terms of Chappalwala Bonus Points and will be added in your account. Exchange of an item can only be made against the item purchased.  Damages due to neglect or improper usage will not be covered under our Returns/Exchange Policy.


Order Cancellations & Modifications:

To cancel an order that has not yet shipped, have your order number available and contact our Customer Care Team. We are unable to process cancellations for items that have already shipped. Please review our Returns police or contact us for alternate options.
